At Sarathena Jewellery, we aim to process and deliver your order quickly and securely. Please read our shipping terms below before placing an order.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 days. Processing time does not include shipping transit times. The only exception to this could be during holiday events (IE Christmas, New Years) where a slight delay may occur, we will notify you of any such delays.
Shipping Zones & Costs
We currently ship worldwide. Standard rates are applied based on your location:
- United Kingdom: £3.50
- EU: £10
- North America (Mainland) + Australia + New Zealand: £20.00
- Rest of World: £20.00
- Subject to change. If a country isn't available, a custom shipping quote can be requested.
Free Shipping Thresholds
We are pleased to offer free shipping on qualifying orders:
- United Kingdom: Free on orders of £50 or above
- EU: Free on orders of £90 or above
- North America (Mainland) + Australia + New Zealand: Free on orders of £150 or above
- Rest of World: Free on orders of £150 or above
- Subject to change.
Estimated Delivery Times
Please note these are standard estimated transit times provided by carriers.
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
- EU: 3–9 business days
- North America (Mainland) + Australia + New Zealand: 3–10 business days
- Rest of World: 3–11 business days
- Subject to change. We cannot be held liable for delays once your order has been dispatched.
VAT, Customs & Duties
Sarathena Jewellery is not responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees applied by your country
- UK: VAT is not included and will not be charged.
- Europe, North America, Rest of World: VAT and duties are not pre-collected. If applicable, your local customs authority or shipping provider will notify you of any additional fees due before delivery. For full details please visit your local tax authority website.
Order Tracking
- All UK orders are shipped tracked as standard.
- International orders include tracking where available.
Delays
We do our best to meet our stated shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs inspections or processing
- Courier delays (including seasonal backlogs or lost parcels)
- We cannot be held liable for delays once your order has been dispatched
