All of our jewellery is handmade and may vary slightly from the photographs shown. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product or to refuse an order if necessary. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we will confirm acceptance once payment is received and your order is dispatched.
3. Prices & Billing
- Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies for your convenience. Our store’s base currency is GBP (£). Any non-GBP amounts shown are either conversions or region-specific pricing, depending on your location.
- The price shown at checkout in your selected currency is the final amount payable to us, before any taxes, duties, or import fees charged by your country’s authorities.
- UK customers: VAT is not included and will not be charged.
- International customers: VAT, customs duties, and import fees are not pre-collected by us. If applicable, your local customs authority or courier will notify you of any additional fees due before delivery.
- Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
Payment must be made in full before your order is processed. We accept payments through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other secure methods offered at checkout.

Sarathena Jewellery is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Sarathena Jewellery. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Sarathena Jewellery, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Sarathena Jewellery.
