Who do you ship with?
We mainly use EVRI and Royal Mail Tracked, depending on which service is available in your area and offers the quickest shipping times.
If our preferred postal service isn't available in your region, we may use an alternative such as DPD or DHL.

Is VAT/tax, duties, or import fees included in the price?
At the moment, NO.
UK customers benefit from not having to pay VAT for their orders.
For international customers, we do not collect any VAT, taxes, or import fees. We do not use the IOSS postage system.
If you are subject to VAT, taxes, or import fees, you will be notified (normally directly via the postal courier) or sometimes via your local customs, to pay the appropriate tax or import fees before they release the order and deliver it to you.
Please review your local government website to see the tax rates in your country, as well as any import fees from the UK, for jewellery items.
What necklace materials do you use?
We offer three main options:
Black cord, brown cord, gunmetal chain.
The cord (plant based) is adjustable and you may choose either, a smaller version (14" to 28") or larger version (16" to 32").
The chain comes as a fixed sizes, you may choose from 14" to 32".
How accurate are the gemstones colour in the pictures?
We try to take pictures in both brighter lighting and in natural lighting so that the colour of each pendant is as accurately portrayed as possible.

If you need help with your order or wanted to customise it (using faster shipping, making a necklace size larger than 32") feel free to contact us here before creating the order. We will try our best to accommodate any custom requirements.
